Top 3 Tools You Need To Make Money Online
Do you find yourself buying more and more tools for your online business? For the past 2 years I have notice that new marketing tools are being introduced any other day so I ask myself do we really need all this tools to make money online?
My answer to this question is no because you really do not need those special tools to make money online. You may need them in the future after you have make some money online but if you just started marketing online, you want to keep the cost to the minimum.
So if I would have to start all over again for my online business, these are the top 3 tools I will invest my money in:
Make Money Online Tools #1 : Hosting Account – Cost $7.95 per month
A Hosting account is just like a shop in the offline business therefore to do business online you need a space in the online world too. Hosting account is relatively cheap as it can range from $9 to a few hundreds dollars per month.
For those who just started up, the $9 per month type of hosting will be enough and as your business grow then you upgrade it accordingly. One reliable hosting company that you want to sign up with is Hostgator which I am currently using.
Make Money Online Tools #2 : Domain Name – Cost $9.29 per year
After you got your hosting account, you want to register a domain name that represents your company or your product. A domain name will look something like www.yourcompanyname.com, and with this domain name, people will be able to find you online.
To register for a new domain name, you can go to namecheap.com for a domain name under $10 per year.
Make Money Online Tools #3 : Autoresponder Account – Cost $19.95 per month
The 3rd tool that I will surely get is an autoresponder account. To build a profitable business online, you need to build a list of prospects and that what autoresponder allows us to do, to build a list of prospect which we can email to, any time we wanted.
The cool features about autoresponder account is that we can automate the whole email process which mean it allow us to run our online business on autopilot once we set it up.
Another reason why you want to use an autoresponder is that experts state it often takes 7 or more messages before prospective customers make a purchase.
At current moment, the only autoresponder I would recommend you to use is Aweber because it is reliable, a very good customer support and the most important high email deliverly rate.
The above are the 3 tools that I will paid for if I start my online business all over again. It is really very cheap to start a business online, look at the cost involve, it only cost less than $40 per month to run your online business.
Of course there are other tools that you need for your online business but most of them you can get it for free. To find out all the free tools that you can use for your online business, you can check out my 2 previous posts:

I’m pretty sure that Aweber is $19.95 per MONTH and not per year as stated.
Cheers

Hi Jimmy,
It is my typo error. Yes is should be per year instead of per month. Thanks for the correction.

If you go to Yahoo India, you can host a website for as little as INR 999/yr , that is about $25/yr.

I use NameCheap for domains and hostgator for hosting. IMO, both of them are the market leaders. Namecheap coupons for September 2008 are available here: http://www.ncaditya.com/namecheap-discount-coupons-for-september/
